In a world filled with fear, addiction, cynicism, greed and crime, the Good News of Jesus Christ is now, more than ever, the message of hope that needs to be shared. At The Lord's Table, different ministers and ministries come together, heeding the call to bring the love of God to a hurting world. Experts in the culinary, musical and dramatic arts have come together as a team with one single goal in mind: To expand the Kingdom of God by sharing the love of God and the Gospel of the Lord Jesus.
The Lord's Table ministry began in Camden on the north side of Minneapolis in 1996 as an evangelistic outreach not sponsored by any one church or organization. Christians and ministries of various denominational and non-denominational backgrounds joined together to focus on the common message and belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and that knowing Him will change lives.
A simple but huge vision to put the gospel of John stage to reach out to the lost, has come a long way over the past eleven years. Literally thousands of man-hours, tens of thousands of dollars, and prayers have scripted and produced evangelistic works called "Lost on Patmos" and "Dialogues of the Beloved". 20,000 people have been "fed" physically and spiritually, lives have been changed, souls have been won, and the lost found. As a songwriter once wrote "... we've only just begun."
We invite you to peruse our web site and then pray how God would have you be involved. We hope your questions are answered and your heart is spurred to action. Sincerely, Mike Terry.
